Business Process Management (BPM) is a set of activities performed by organizations to improve or streamline their business processes. Traditional procedures for the implementation of a business automation, developers will be hired to develop applications to automate certain processes. Unfortunately, the scope of these projects are often too narrow. The result is that automation is not embedded in the business environment to automate and deals only with a department or a specific function. BPMs champions a method that gives impetus to the development of applications that include business processes. It aims to fully automate the business environment only stopping to ask the user where human intervention is necessary absoultely. 3. Process monitoring of the monitoring includes observation and taking into account the performance of individual processes, so that assessment and intervention is easier for the business organization. These waves represent ways of thinking engineering work processes. Wave 1. Process set in stone that the manuals provide civil affairs. The manual is the basis of process and organization must comply. Wave 2. Changed procedure sometimes using part-time work, changes can be made. This means that the company will establish procedures around a stable system because the change can only come from time to time, and very expensive. Wave 3. Processes On-the-fly The main concern of these systems is the flexibility to change. Companies that meet this goal of creating businesses that can adapt to changing needs. This arrangement also allows the company to constantly hear fine instruments. This wave is re-engineering business processes. This is to maintain an environment that is constantly on its feet, ready to adapt to circumstances, and to maximize benefits while minimizing its weaknesses. Change is the only constant, they say. In this modern age, this could not be more true. The survival of the company could well be based on its ability to continuously adapt processes to the whims of change. With increasing knowledge about the management of the business process, the path to a sustainable competitive advantage based on rationalization, organizational flexibility enterprises can not get clearer.
